Materials
White Yarn (I used Bernat Blanket)
Pink Yarn for blush
Crochet Hook (I used 5mm)
Safety Eyes (I used 12mm)
Stuffing
Tapestry Needle
Scissors
(optional) Stitch Markers
Abbreviations
sc - single crochet
inc - increase
dec - decrease (invisible)
dc inc - double crochet increase
slst - slip stitch
BLO - back loops only
FLO - front loops only
MR - magic ring
(#) - # of stitches at the end of each round
This pattern is worked in continuous rounds.
Using white yarn...
Round 1: 8sc in MR (8)
Round 2: inc x8 (16)
Round 3: (3sc, inc) x4 (20)
Round 4: sc around (20)
Round 5: 5sc, Arm, 10sc, Arm, 5sc (20)
Arms: Ch2, in 2nd chain from hook, hdc, slst in original stitch
Rounds 6-7 (2 rounds): sc around (20)
Round 8: Working in FLO, (dc inc, slst) x10 (30)
Place a stitch marker in the first remaining back loop.
Round 9: Working in remaining BLO, dec x10 (10)
Add safety eyes between rounds 4-5 with 4 stitches apart.
Slip stitch in the next stitch and fasten off.
Stuff the body.
Sew hole closed using remaining yarn tail.
Using pink yarn...
Embroider blush between rounds 5-6, about 1 stitch wide, under the eyes using a tapestry needle.
